-With department of quality control, product, facilities, technical, purchase, safety department, and warehouse, general office, we mainly produce the spiral steel pipe. The annual output reaches 600, 000 tons.
-With Lincoln welding machine, we have advanced production technology and steady performance. Each pipe is detected by x-ray tests, hydrostatic tests and ultrasonic tests. Our SAW pipes could comply with API 5L-44th, GB/T9711.2-1999, GB/T9711.1-1997, GB/T3091-2008, CJ/T3022-1993, SY/T5037-2000 or SY/T5040-2000 standards.
-The D1820 line uses the most advanced "Fly welding technology and equipment". When we finish this project, the annual production of various spiral steel pipes will be more than 800, 000 tons.
